This year’s Dr. Ronald H. Sunderland Volunteer of the Year Mona Fogt has dedicated her time, energy and talents to CarePartners since the very early years.
Partner of the Year Award
Our 2023 Partner of the Year Houston Methodist Coordinated Care has been instrumental in connecting patients with community resources and recognizing that it truly takes a village to care for older adults and their families.
Sustaining Presence Award
We are also excited to announce the formal name change of one of our highest awards. The Robin Bruce Sustaining Presence Award, formerly the Sustaining Presence Award, honors the legacy and memory of Robin Bruce, one of CarePartners’ most dedicated and generous volunteers. In both life and death, Robin Bruce exuded kindness and commitment to those often forgotten. We are honored to keep her spirit of giving alive for years to come through this annual award.
