Learn practical strategies for caring for yourself that will help you support your loved one. Sessions will address multiple types of dementia in addition to Alzheimer’s disease such as Parkinson’s, Lewy Body, Frontotemporal & more, and will address caregiving skills, including effective communication, encouragement and self-care.
