CarePartners in partnership with Interfaith of the Woodlands and Christ Church United Methodist are hosting a free Caregiver Conference with 21 different workshops to choose from on Saturday, November 7, 2020. Topic and speaker information coming soon! This is a free educational community event designed to provide local resources and education to family caregivers.
