You’re invited to the virtual Alzheimer’s Association 2021 Caregiver Conference “Living in a Hybrid World” on Wednesday, June 23!

Even before COVID-19 largely shut down in-person social interaction, caregivers of persons with dementia struggled with isolation and loneliness. However, as the pandemic demonstrated, it’s not necessary to be physically mobile to be productive and engage with others.

As the world opens up, join the Alzheimer’s Association and their special guests, CarePartners, Bridging Apps and Senior Planet, to explore navigating the hybrid world of face-to-face and online connections.

The half-day symposium will also have a special performance by Love Notes Chorus – Austin’s first choir dedicated to providing those with early-stage memory loss, their care partners and volunteers an opportunity to perform and share the joy of music in a community setting.

This event is FREE to attend and will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is required here.

For more information or to register by phone, please call the Alzheimer’s Association’s 24/7 HelpLine at 800-272-3900.
