CarePartners is excited to offer Gathering at Your Place, a variation of the Gathering Place program which takes place online via Zoom conference and provides activities for caregivers to do along with their loved ones while at home. This program is led by our staff and volunteers every Thursday from 10:30-11:15 a.m. and it includes many of the fun activities of our in-person Gatherings: Exercise, entertainment or music, games and more. *Now requiring a password.
