There are thousands of families and individuals living with memory loss and other challenges of aging who rely on CarePartners’ programs.

The generosity of CarePartners donors has supported our transformative programs delivered to 2,500 families and individuals annually. In addition, our organization is growing as we assumed operations of the Dementia Day Center, Houston’s only non-profit dementia-specific adult day center serving individuals with moderate- to late-stage dementia on January 1, 2022.
