CHANGING LIVES THROUGH CARE…

There are thousands of families and individuals living with memory loss and other challenges of aging who rely on CarePartners’ programs.

The generosity of CarePartners donors has supported our transformative programs delivered to 2,500 families and individuals annually. In addition, our organization is growing as we assumed operations of the Dementia Day Center, Houston’s only non-profit dementia-specific adult day center serving individuals with moderate- to late-stage dementia on January 1, 2022. Find the full announcement here .

By giving today, you can help us change lives by providing respite care and resources to caregivers, families and individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and income levels.

See how CarePartners made a difference for Pat and her sister Mildred through our Gathering Place program.

Help us support more caregivers like Pat and their loved ones. Families of all backgrounds, ages, and income levels cope with dementia. Together, we can change their lives.

To mail a check, make it payable to CarePartners and forward it to 3838 Aberdeen Way, Houston, TX 77025. To make a gift by phone, please call (713) 682-5995.
